What is a sample itinerary?
Arrival to Erzurum Airport welcoming you and transfer to Erzurum Center. Overnight at the Erzurum.
Today you will start your day in Erzurum , you will visit Best highlights of the city Like Yakutiye Medrese ,Caferiye Mosque … After Erzurum visit we will drive to Kars and visit Ani Antique City. Once the capital of the Armenian Empire, Ani was located at the crossroads of many important trade routes. When the medieval city was flourishing, the buildings were some of the most complex and beautiful around.
Highlights of the day is Kars city center and then you will drive to Dogubeyaz it. In Dogubeyaz it You will visit the spectacular Ishak Pasha Palace 1685 – 1784 with unique fusion of architecture from Seljuk, Ottoman, Georgian, and Armenian/Persian styles. You will love the scenery for sure.
Today we have trekking to Mount Agri / Ararat where belive of the Noah’s ark landed and only sea sonwe can arrange is summer sea son from 15 juen to 10 September. This is a non-technical climb at 30 to 45 degrees. You must be in very good physical fitness with very good heart and lungendurance. The summit is lower than Mount Kilimanjaro, but because of incline and cold weather, it is a harder climb.
After over night at the mountain day will be start with sunrise watch. After this you will have Turkish Bath experience and drive to Van. Travel along Turkish / Iranian border to see the Meteor Hole and from here we leave for Van via Muradiye Water fall for a relaxing picnic lunch and the pretty Bendimaahi Falls. And reach Van center, Going tovie point and see Turkish biggest lake Van lake.
Van is the one of the most beautiful city in The East region. A full day exploring the ancient remains of the Van Region including the 10th Century Armenian Church of the Holy Cross on Akdamar Island in Lake Van and the 9th century Hosapcitadel some 50km away. Night in Van.
We will leave Van and drive along the southern shore of Lake Van to Tat van Bitlis. Visit Mount Nemrut (not to be confused with Nemrut Dagi in Adiyaman)getting picnic at the side of Crater lakes We will then visit the tombs of Seljuk Kings in Ahlat and return to Tat van for dinner.
Before ended your tour your last stop will be Tat van center. At the end of the day flight to Istanbul.
Last shopping before your flight timing and we will make your transfer to Airport depends on your flight timing.
